Do You offer food?

We offer Charcuterie Boards and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade for an extra charge. You are also welcome to bring your own food!

what about bad weather?

In California bad weather is a rarity but if it’s forecasted to rain the day of your picnic we will contact you to reschedule to another date. Read below for more on our cancelation policy.

Can I bring alcohol with me?

Alcohol consumption is prohibited at most beaches and parks. It is the responsibility of the client to check alcohol rules at their chosen venue before they picnic with us. The Historical Rose Garden at The Mission allows beer and wine. PRFCT PCNC takes no responsibility for alcohol consumption of the client or possible penalties that may apply.

Do I need to clean up my picnic?

Not at all! You simply arrive at your allotted start time to your perfectly set up picnic, enjoy and leave the rest to us!

Where will my picnic be located?

We serve Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Santa Ynez, Ventura County, Westlake Village, Malibu, Hidden Hills LA County and Orange County including Laguna Beach. We require a $550 minimum for weekday picnics located in Laguna Beach and $700 for weekends. We can set up a picnic event at most beaches and parks, in your backyard and a private venue. Contact us after booking to help you choose the PRFCT destination from our curated venue list.

How far will you travel?

We are a Santa Barbara based company that travel as far as Orange County for our picnic packages and San Diego for large special picnic events and micro weddings. Travel fees apply for all picnic destinations outside of Santa Barbara and Ventura County. Travel Fee for Malibu and Los Angeles is $55. Travel fee for Orange County is $125. We have a separate travel fee for Laguna Beach which is $150. Travel fees for custom and large party picnics are provided through custom estimate pricing.

Policies

Cancelation policy

To secure a booking date we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. This fee is non-refundable, no matter the reason.
In the event of bad weather (rain or high winds) we reserve the right to refuse a set up and will work with you to reschedule another date within a 3 month period. In the case of rain, the client has 48 hours prior to the event to decide if they want to make alternate arrangements to move it into an indoor location or reschedule the event. We require a minimum of 48 hours prior to your event date to make a cancelation or rescheduling, no refunds of any kind will be provided after. The 50% non-refundable deposit will not be applied to food or drinks. All food and drinks will not be refunded in the case of a cancelation or rescheduling with 48 hours as well as the 50% non-refundable deposit for decor. Any food or drinks will need to be repurchased for a rescheduled event.

All deposits are non-refundable regardless of outcome.

late fees

If the client arrives late the following late fees apply:

15-30 minutes late - $20

30-45 minutes - $45

45 minutes-1 Hour - $75

1 Hour or More - $100

If the client is later than an hour we reserve the right to pack up the picnic without any refund.

Special Location Fees

We offer a wide variety of location options with all of our picnic packages. We require all picnic locations be within 100 yards of vehicle access. Additional fees may apply if a location has additional obstacles such as but not limited to; an unloading distance greater than 100 yards, parking permits, stairs, new location we have not yet serviced and requires prior scouting.

Travel Fees

Travel fees for Picnic Packages in Malibu and Los Angeles is $75. Travel fee for Orange County is $150. A parking fee for Malibu and Los Angeles beaches also apply, if you book one of these beaches we will reach out regarding your appropriate parking fee (Range between $20-$30). Please inquire about travel fees for custom picnics, large party picnics and micro weddings outside of Santa Barbara and Ventura County.

Credit Card On File

We require a credit card on file for any damages, missing or broken items if they were to occur. PRFCT PCNC will contact the client prior to charging any fees.

Alcohol policy

PRFCT PCNC takes no responsibility for alcohol consumption of the client or possible penalties that may apply. If you would like to book a picnic event that allows alcohol please contact us to help facilitate permitting with the city and finding a caterer to provide alcohol.
